Fox’s versatile F40-561 16” scrollsaw is the craftsman’s obvious choice with its highly practical features. A two-in-one flexibility consisting of a variable speed scroll saw and a flexi-shaft drive enables the user to both cut intricate forms, and drill, sand or polish from the same machine. Robustly constructed, it features a combination of precision finished cast iron and advanced alloys. A 120W motor with electronic variable speed control from 550 to 1700 strokes per minute, a tilting cast iron table and a throat depth of 16”(405mm) offer the wherewithal to cut a wide range of material at thicknesses of up to 50mm. The flexi-shaft drive runs at 1500 to 5000rpm, ensuring on just the right speed for your particular application. A conveniently placed storage tray provides rapid access to the tooling accessories. Additionally, a directable air blower, a dust extraction port, and blade storage feature as standard.
