The Fox FI1-991 12” pillar drill strikes a similar pose to the 8” version, albeit with increased specification and capacities for more demanding applications. Featuring a higher torque InductIon 500W motor geared to provide twelve operating speeds (425 to 2545 rpm) and a l6mm keyless engineering chuck, It offers excellent drilling versatility for a wide range of materials. A sturdy 60mm diameter steel column features a rack and pinion
height adjustment system for the tilting cast Iron table. Slide-in and out extension pieces on the table offer supplementary safety and support, as does the extendable chuck guard. A laser drilling guide, an integral drill storage tray and a drillpress vice are further highlights of this machine.
